We offer a sushi making experience program followed by an omakase (chef’s choice) nigiri-sushi course in Dazaifu, a historical city in Fukuoka Prefecture.

Instructor

Taichi Hirano　

Born in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture.
After studying abroad in Australia, he honed his skills in Japanese cuisine and served as a master for over 10 years at a famous sushi restaurant in Hong Kong.
He opened “Sushi Hirano” in his hometown of Dazaifu, offering traditional Edo-style sushi in an “omakase” style.
He has been featured in numerous media outlets.
